The brand-new rooms were equipped with a good shower and large windows, just as described. the hotel is located within a short walk to the metro and Easter Island, making it convenient to get around. - There's a place called Mentally very close to the property, where we enjoyed dining several times.

Excellent food, attentive service, and absolutely fabulous view of the Andes mountains. The staff were courteous and assisted with private parking. Speedy check-in and late check-out. Excellent wines and beers in the outdoor bar. Nice stay, as always.

The location of the hotel was great, close to San Cristobal Hill and the cable car. the staff was friendly and efficient, offering a quick check-in and allowing a late check-out. the double room was equipped with climate control, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV.

Quick check-in and check-out process. The room had a nice view of the city. The breakfast on the 21st floor with a view of Santiago was enjoyable. Despite some minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The room was a nice size, with smoke detectors and delightful views to the mountains and over the city. Everything was nice as expected, though the bathroom was very small. The staff were attentive and helpful, they told us about restaurants and bars which were located walking distance to the hotel. Greatly enjoyedthe amazing meals and savoury breakfast. The location was good and peaceful and walking distance to parks and hills.

Reception and concierge staff were informative and helpful. Complimentary tapas and drinks in the tower were a nice touch. Lounge wait staff were professional and attentive. Hop on bus stops right outside. Enjoyed my stay, convenient location for conference, English-speaking staff, comfortable bed, awesome shower.

We went to celebrate my parents' golden anniversary with a stay and lunch at the hotel. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the Ohel Mardones Garson with my parents. The food was exquisite. And the seafood was high quality.

The same day we had eleven at the place next to the lobby to celebrate my. birthday but the woman in charge of attending didn't understand initially. that we wanted a cake for everyone, not just for the birthday boy, the. arrival of the cake was greatly delayed that the tea got cold and we had. to make it clear to her that we wanted cake for everyone, I think because she was. a foreigner she didn't understand the requirement from the beginning. Which made the meeting tense because of the slow and bad attention of the manager. It wasn't a problem of not being able to pay for a cake, it was just that no. She understood that here they give out cake for all the assistants and not only for the one celebrated, and moreover when they brought pieces for everybody, the 3 milk cake was ultra frozen to eat, a fiasco. A hotel like this should instruct its foreign staff on how to serve a birthday eleven in Chile.

We had a great time enjoying evening drinks at a nearby place called Liguria, and our room had a lovely balcony.
